The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No. 272 of 2015 registered under Section 25(1B) a of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the recovery of one countrymade rifle from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
