2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Nagar P.S.Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the victim, petitioner and others took liquor together along with some anti-allergic injections and the victim died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on
