This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Six and half liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.03.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rauta
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21991 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
