JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP as well as learned counsel for the complainant. On the pretext of providing service, petitioner along with one Kumar Shekhar Sinha @ Shekhar Kumar duped the complainant and other with a huge amount.

Considering the rival submissions, it looks desirable to direct the petitioner to deposit the amount which he along with co-accused succeeded in getting from complainant and others on false promise of providing job and in case so deposited, will be released on bail by the learned lower court itself relating to Complaint Case No. 527/2015 pending before Sri Ajay Shankar Prasad, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class-Bhagalpur.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51666 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
