2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 21364 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is under custody since 06.02.2025 and only four witnesses have been examined till date.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to take every endeavour to dispose of the trial within a period of nine months, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

5. With the direction/observation aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
