2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 540 of 2022 instituted under Sections 328, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 34/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 05.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 38436 of 2023.

4. In the opinion of this Court, no fresh ground for interference in the present case is made out.
