2. The present writ application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent no.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2024.
3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of his representation dated22.07.2024 (AnnexureP/6) which is pending before the Circle Officer, Dinara, Rohtas for correction in rent receipt for each and every plots, within a limited time frame.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State does not object to the limited prayer made by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it apposite to issue a direction upon the Circle Officer, Dinara, Rohtas (Respondent No.3) to dispose of the representation dated 22.07.2024 by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.
