Mr.Mohammad Sufyan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2025 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shikarpur PS. Case No. 427/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 3(5) of BNS.

2. As per F.I.R., on 21/04/2025 at around 11:40 PM, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner and 3-4 unknown persons forcibly entered the house of informant and abducted her father-in-law and also threatened informant to kill her and all family members.

3. During investigation, the victim was recovered and his statement under Section 183 B.N.S.S. got recorded in which he has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner and other co-accused persons abducted him and also pressurized to withdraw the murder case, earlier filed by him (petitioner) against them.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
