The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he has already been released on regular bail and therefore, he wishes to press the application as against the petitioner no. 2 only. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him and now the matter has also been compromised between the parties.

No.56219 of 2015 (5) dt.22-04-2016 Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that Petitioner no. 2 has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner no. 2 namely, Babu, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
