JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 130 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999.

Counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention towards the order dated 11.5.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21354 of 2017 whereby similarly circumstanced other co-accused, Manoj Kumar was granted bail. The case of the petitioner is identical to the case of said Manoj Kumar. On the ground of parity, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22054 of 2017 (3) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) or his successor Court in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full co-operation in the case and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
