JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioners seek bail in GRP/DBG/SMI P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 25 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the J.J. Act, 2015.

As per the written report the petitioners along with other accused persons were caught by the informant while taking the minor children to Ludhiana and Jalandhar for the purpose of child labour.

It has been submitted o behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22819 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 none of the parents of the child have ever come forward to raise complaint about the trafficking.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. (Rail), Samastipur in connection with GRP/DBG/SMI P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 25 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Pandey/- U T
