JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No. 207 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 34, 354B of IPC.
Prosecution case against the petitioner is that he assaulted by Dab to the daughter of the informant, causing injury. There is also allegation of assault by one person by Dab to the informant. There is also allegation against him of trying to tear the Salwar of the daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant and petitioner are uncle and nephew. There is family dispute between the parties and the allegation of outraging the modesty is against Dhanjee Singh, who has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58164 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 this Court, vide order dated 30.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 28365 of 2019 and case of petitioner is similar to that of Dhanjee Singh.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj (Rohtas), in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No. 207 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
