2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which Section 103(1) BNS was added later on.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons committed murder of the brother of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is
