2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 323, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Vide order dated 24.01.2023, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of the Patna High Court to amicably resolve the dispute between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted its report dated 24.04.2023 in which it is clearly stated that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is being attached with this report.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a Bank draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs and Fifty Thousand) for the last installment, which has been received by learned counsel for the informant today itself.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U T
