The petitioner seeks bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No.132 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 326, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier this Court vide order dated 11.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7363 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

This Court has called for the status report of the case which has been received. From perusal of the report it appears that a discharge petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. When petitioner has already filed discharge petition he can not raise a grievance that trial has not been

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
