2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 354(c)/354(a)/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per F.I.R., the informant namely, Tulsi Kumari, alleged that she met with Sanu @ Sahil Kumar at a wedding. After which, he started talking to her and he used to talk obscene and soon, started her threatening for marriage otherwise, he will make her photos and videos viral and for this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63512 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 purpose, the father and brothers of the victim went to the house of Sanu @ Sahil Kumar and tried to make him understand but, his family members abused and misbehaved with them and also threatened them to kill.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the specific accusation is against co-accused Sanu @ Sahil Kumar and the petitioner is the father of the said Sanu @ Sahil Kumar. He is only alleged to have abused and assaulted. There is no injury report on record and the specific date of assault is not mentioned in F.I.R. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, II cum Special Judge, POCSO, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 338/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under
