The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for fair and impartial investigation of Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 298 of 2016, a case under Sections 147, 323, 384, 457, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The police case was registered on direction under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code in Complaint Case No. 1028C of 2016. The State-respondents submits that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case after investigation, hence, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Considering the fact that main grievance of petitioner has already been redressed, there is no need for further persuasion in this writ application, accordingly, it stands dismissed.
