Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the show cause, it appears that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the MJC application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to ascertain the paragraph -5 of the show cause, and if necessary, raise objection for placing his claims
