Petitioner is accused in connection with Shamho P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-b)(A) and 26 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Criminal Misc. 49847 of 2016 on 09.02.2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

On perusal of Anenxure-3, it appears that the charge has already been framed. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Kamal Kishore Yadav be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22329 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Shamho P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016.
