JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that 20 liters of country liquor was recovered from the counter of the hotel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Sah is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P.S. Case No.318 of 2015.
