2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC.
3. As per FIR, co-accused Kiran Kumari became successful in obtaining the job of Shiksha Mitra/Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged matriculation certificate.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner was Mukhiya of the village and he was ex-official
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69785 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 member of the selection committee. He is a person of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Chapra, District- Saran in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
7. The petitioner shall remain present before the court below on each and every date till framing of the charges.
