JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 279, 338, 353, 427 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was pillion rider of the referred motorcycle. When the police asked the motorcycle driver to stop the same, he started fleeing away and caused fracture injury to a constable.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 416/2016. (Birendra Kumar, J.) Rakhi U T
