JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-02-2019 Mr. Prashant Sinha, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this petition as major part of his grievance has been redressed and whatever is left to be addressed, he is willing to represent before the concerned authority who shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3741 of 2018(3) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 liberty to agitate his case before the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today and on receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent / authority shall dispose off the same within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of four weeks of receiving of such representation.
