Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per information received by his client during pendency of the writ petition, a letter No.1031 dated 14.09.2023 has been communicated by which it transpires that the grievance of the petitioner has been settled and on the basis of 7th pay revise pay scale, grade pay- 4200 PB-Lable 6 has been granted to the petitioner.

3. In this background, this writ petition is hereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.6805 of 2018(3) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 disposed off directing the petitioner that if, he has any grievance left then he shall be at liberty to move under the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019 before the appropriate forum.
