JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) Date : 23-02-2022 Heard Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Anisul Haque for the State. The petitioner has challenged the order of the licensing authority, whereby the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled as well as the order of the appellate authority which has sustained the order of cancellation of licence of the petitioner.
After some arguments, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to agitate his claim by way of revision before the Divisional Commissioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.92 of 2022 dt.23-02-2022 2/2 Should such a revision petition be filed before the concerned authority within a period of 30 days, it shall be considered and an order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter.
Needless to state that the order shall be a reasoned order.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
