This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present first information report was lodged after a criminal case was lodged by the petitioners' side against the informant. There is general and omni bus allegation of commission of assault and theft.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
