The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted brother of informant Santosh Kumar by Gadasa and Khanti, as a result of which, he sustained injuries.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to petty dispute, a simple maarpit took place, in which, brother of informant received some injuries. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.62118 of 2022(4) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
