The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 34 of the IPC. 3.

Vide order dated 31.07.2024, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.28719 of 2024, with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner that charge has been framed on 07.08.2024 and this fact is also apparent from the impugned order. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been rotting in judicial custody

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.381 of 2022.
