The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant with intention to kill and done marpit with brothers of the informant and the accused persons also assaulted by bhala upon the chick of daughter of the informant and they snatched gold ornaments of his daughter.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59225 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 the petitioners are in custody since 2.8.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. It is a case and counter case between the parties. General and omnibus allegation has been made. For the same occurrence, three F.I.Rs. Were instituted. The nature of injury is said to be simple.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Azimabad P.S. case No.47 of 2019.
