JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of ravishing the informant on the point of dagger.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no medical report on the record and tatement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. More over, in the background of land dispute between the parties the accusation has been levelled. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54272 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Madhubani. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
