JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 The contemners have filed a show cause to show that the order of this Court dated 06.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 13486 of 2018, has been complied with. It has been stated in the said show cause that the petitioner was paid salary regularly with effect from the month of October, 2012 to the month of August, 2017 and thereafter, he was removed from the post of Night Guard on 19.09.2017, as he had been appointed on purely temporary basis and then salary for the said period of 18 days was worked out, which totals upto a sum of Rs. 900/-, whereafter, a cheque was sent to the petitioner for the said amount, which he declined to accept. In such view of the matter, it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.
This Court finds that the contemners have shown substantial compliance of the order of this Court dated 06.03.2019, as aforesaid, hence there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
