JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 For the petitioner not having removed the defects within the time granted to him, the case vide CWJC No. 11741 of 2019 was dismissed for noncompliance of the said order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was ill when that order was passed and therefore, he could not know the contents of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that once the case is restored, he shall remove all the defects within a period of four weeks.

On such assurance by the petitioner, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, CWJC No. 11741 of 2019

4/4 is restored to its original file.

If the defects still are not removed within next four weeks, the writ petition shall again be dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
