JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-07-2017 In the matter of construction of National Highway 19 and converting it into four lane from Chapra to Hajipur, inter alia, contending that compensation has not been granted as per due policy and land acquisition procedure has been undertaken in illegal manner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition in public interest.

We are not inclined to interfere in the mater taking it to be public interest litigation.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the person aggrieved to take appropriate recourse before the statutory authority under the National Highway Act, 1956 who shall look into the grievance of the persons concerned and dispose of in accordance with law.

This application is accordingly disposed of.
