JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.3.2018, passed in CWJC No. 3385 of 2018, as also the earlier order of this Court dated 2.2.2024, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties that the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been recommended by the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, headed by the Collector, Patna, vide letter dated 17.2.2024, hence, the order, disobedience whereof has been complaned of, has stood complied with.
