JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The petitioner is aggrieved by selection of respondent No. 8 as Vikas Mitra by Sub-Divisional Officer, Bihar Sharif, under the scheme of Mahadalit Vikash Mission. The uncontroverted averment in the counter-affidavit is that the petitioner belongs to caste "Parsi" whereas the selection of respondent No. 8 was on basis of her caste being "Musahar", as the Panchayat Dhanuki was predominantly comprised of "Musahar" caste and under the scheme, selection was to be made from the predominant caste.
