2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that there was a 'Tilak' in the family when all of a sudden, the accused persons entered and tried to commit loot. Upon objection, allegation is that Milan Kumar Singh, son of the informant was assaulted and this petitioner gave knife blow on the stomach causing injury, he was referred to Primary Health Centre, Basantpur and then to Sadar Hospital, Siwan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case, the wife of the petitioner after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62047 of 2025(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 attending the Tilak was returning when the accused persons tried to outrage her modesty. This followed the scuffle and the two FIRs.

5. Learned APP, on the other hand, has taken this Court to the injury report to show that the injury inflicted by the petitioner has been found to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner as also the injury report, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
