JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner is accused in connection with Kahalgaon N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The matter was earlier referred to the Mediation Centre for settlement of the dispute; however the dispute could not be resolved.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was willing to keep the informant as wife full honour

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51417 of 2016 (4) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 and dignity, however the informant herself is not ready to live with this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that she is ready to live with the petitioner provided he keeps him with full honour and dignity.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the rival submissions of the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.12.2016 in connection with Kahalgaon N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 is, hereby, confirmed.
