This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pakribrawan (Dhamoul) P.S. Case No.255 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Nine persons including the petitioner are said to have assaulted the deceased.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow lady and she is in custody since 27.07.2023, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
