The petitioner seeks a mandamus to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies to dispose of the Election Case No.51 of 2012. The very fact that none is present to press this writ petition means that the election case must have been disposed of. However, in case the election dispute has not yet been disposed of then the same be disposed of by the Registrar, Cooperative societies in accordance with law and after hearing the parties expeditiously and preferably within months of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
