3. 25.06.2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Nobody appears for the petitioner, however, Ms. Deepanjali Gupta, AC to GP-10 has appeared.

Perused the office note dated 24.06.2021 wherein it has been stated that the present case is being submitted before

the Hon'ble Bench for withdrawal of the case. This Court also finds that a mentioning slip has been filed by the learned Advocate on record of this Court namely Shri. Abhay Kumar Roy, with a prayer to list the matter urgently, under the heading 'To be mentioned', for the purposes of permitting the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition.
