JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State. The petitioner filed this petition for grant of provisional bail on the ground of illness of his mother.
Shri Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner was suffering from kidney ailments and she was treated in Brahmananda Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Jamshedpur. The petitioner wants to get his mother treated in Delhi for better treatment.
The doctor at Jamshedpur treated the mother of the petitioner while the petitioner is in jail and did not find any serious ailment in kidney. Thereafter the mother of the petitioner was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52910 of 2015 (3) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 discharged. Petitioner has got brothers who got their mother treated. Trial is at fag end.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on provisional bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
