The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is arbitrary stoppage of salary of the petitioner on
Patna High Court CWJC No.18507 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 the ground that the name of the father of the petitioner in the result of Bihar elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (BETET)- 2011 is different.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the admit card as well as in the certificate of passing BETET-2011, the name of the husband as well as father of the petitioner is mentioned and as such the respondents have proceeded on wrong premises of fact. In admit card as well as certificate contains the name of the husband of the petitioner and as such its authenticity has been doubted by the respondents. Taking the above factual position, the respondents are directed to verify the aforesaid fact and take appropriate corrective measures at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days and thereafter decision for payment shall be taken within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
