2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for the relief as prayed for in Para-1 of the present writ petition before the competent authority.

Considering the limited relief as sought for by the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed to call for the service particulars of the petitioner and considering the circulars in respect of transfer issued from time to time dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously, well within a reasonable period considering that the petitioner has been transferred from Pupri to Sasaram within a period of two years.

4. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
