The petitioner being the Branch Manager in Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Balwahat is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that one Pankaj Kumar Jha was elected as Chairman of Baghwa Panchayat PACS on considering the fact that he is not the employee of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank. Though, the query was made from the petitioner who also suggested that he is not the employee of the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, rather he is employee of N.G.O.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53498 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Pankaj Kumar Jha was never being the employee of the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank and thrust of accusation if at all is against Pankaj Kumar jha. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri S.K. Sinha, J.M., Ist Class, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
