1. The petitioner prays as under:- "That this is an application for the quashing of order vide Memo No. 164 dated 12/3/18 issued under the signature of District Education Officer Saran upon the direction issued by the District Magistrate, Saran by which one Rajni Kant Prasad Singh (respondent no. 7) has been appointed as Director Evaluation Centre of Saran Academy, Evaluation Centre and further be pleased to issue a Writ of mandamus commanding over the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Director Evaluation centre of Saran

2. The evaluation of answer-sheets was for Intermediate Examination 2018, which is already over.

3. The petitioner prays that he should be appointed as Director of the Evaluation Centre, whereas respondent no. 7 was appointed in his place. Since the list no more exists, evaluation having been already completed.

4. In the opinion of this Court, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
