JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-07-2017 The petitioner claiming himself to be son and legal heir of Mussa @ Md. Musa, who was Class-IV employee of Nagar Parishad, Madhubani, who died in harness on 28.02.2016, has filed the present writ application for payment of death-cum-retirement benefit.
2. Having heard the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Madhudbani within a period of four weeks from today raising all his claims. In case such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks. In case the claims of the petitioner are found admissible, payment should also be made within the aforesaid period of eight weeks. In case any claim of the
