2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 126(2)/324(2)/221/132/ 351(2) /352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that on 06.07.25, while the informant was on duty, on the eve of Muharram festival Tajiya Procession was passing and during making way for passing of vehicle of Judges, this petitioner and other 15-20 people, on the instigation of co-accused Md. Jasim Khan, violated government order and damaged nearby standing vehicle. Later on, the mob was controlled after arrival of force.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62148 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is politically motivated and has been instituted at the instance of political rivals. He was not part of procession.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.
