02. 08.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, Informant and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Halsi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before Sri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai (or its successor).

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
