ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 04.09.2015 passed by the Addl. District and Sessions Judge IVth, West Champaran, Bettiah in Cr. Appeal No. 44 of 2015 arising out of Bairia P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 by which he has refused to grant bail to the petitioner.
Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence the prayer for bail is rejected. The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court is directed to send a list of witness fixing specific dates for each witnesses their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1023 of 2015 (3) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial. Let the case diary be remitted back to the Court below immediately.
