JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 66 of IT Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 24.5.2019. Only on suspicion the petitioner has been arrested in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58129 of 2019 vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58278 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 19.9.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019.
